Our Dream House in New Harmony!

So I thought I'd post a picture of the house we fell in love with and are trying to get... that is when it goes on the market to Get!! lol   It is in the foreclosure process and we would like to get in between it before it's final to put a good offerr on it so we can get it for a better price and fix a couple things that need fixing on our own with my dad's help (him being a builder really helps).  So we talked to my dad's realtor and he said he'll do what he can and try to get as much info on the house as he can, but he said that it could take quite a while to do and is hard.  He also said that it could take up to six months for a home to go into foreclosure. But he is at least trying for us.

We got lucky while in New Harmony looking at another home on the same street for sale and on our way out I noticed that this house had a big lock on the front door and looked empty, so I had Matt go and take a peek, sure enough it was empty and so I got out and we decided to take a look around the house and I found a back door unlocked so we helped ourselves in and took a lil tour and got some pictures!! Later we met the neighbors outside and asked them how long ago the previous owners moved out and they told us 2 months ago. They were really nice and the neighborhood is so kid friendly and younger crowd, we just get a real good feel about it!! :) 

 So this is the home:  it was built in 2004, one level, 4 bedrooms, 2 & 1/2 bath, 3 car garage, on an acre, small front porch, big back patio, Nice wood burning fireplace, big master bed & bath,  It's over 2,000 sq. ft. & is a darling first home (not to big & not to small). Oh and the backyard backs to a year round running creek and a old orchard of big trees!!

It's fun to have dreams and maybe this one will come true!! ;)
